I became a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2019, having graduated with a 1st Class Honours in two degrees – Psychology and Physiotherapy. Since qualifying I has worked in both private practice and for the NHS, gaining in-patient and out-patient experience. I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and regularly keeps up to date on current research and treatment techniques to further enhance her knowledge. To compliment my role as a Physiotherapist, I am currently training to become a fully qualified APPI Pilates instructor. As a keen runner, walker, horse rider, skier and cyclist, my special area of interest is the management of lower limb injuries. When not at work, you’ll typically find me outdoors!
