We have teamed up with Caroline Harris from Fitness2Glo, Mary Cuthbert from Bingley Fitness Studio, Elaine Frazer of Elaine Frazer Hypnotherapy and  Liz Crosland from Foot Prints Reflexology and Holistic Health to inspire you to MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER.

It will be a day of talks and taster sessions. We have planned a range of sessions designed to help you on your journey to moving better and feeling better. Or simply pop in to have a chat with us over a coffee?

The Physio Team – The Bingley Physiotherapy Practice

Jacqui, Matthew and Katie will be giving three talks during the day aimed at keeping  yourself in tiptop condition:

10.30am ‘Pace yourself  – don’t  make it a mountain to climb’
12.00pm ‘Criminal or Victim? Where it hurts isn’t always where the problem is?
4.00pm ‘Want to run more and get injured less?

Elaine Frazer – Elaine Frazer Hypnotherapy

Discover more about hypnotherapy and how it can enable you to achieve your goals.  Elaine’s sessions will focus on 3 areas:

11.15pm Stress Management
12.45pm Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss
3.00pm Positive Mindset for Sports Performance

Liz Crosland – Foot Prints Reflexology and Holistic Health

Liz will be offering taster sessions of reflexology and acupressure massage throughout the day (small charge applies)

Sessions at 10.30-11.30am; 12.30-1.00pm; 2.00-3.15pm

Mary Cuthbert – Bingley Fitness Studio

1.30pm Find out about the range of classes and advice available at Bingley Fitness Studio to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever your age or fitness level.

Caroline Harris – Fitness2Glo

2.15pm Learn how to break the cycle of diet and deprivation and sustain it long term alongside regular exercise.
