Treating the whole body, treating the whole person
I have had a race experience in India that was so magical; my eyes fill with tears each time I think about it. My hearty thanks go to Jacqui, not just for her wonderful treatment on my neck and shoulders but for her unwavering support and encouragement.Clare, 51-year-old, exercise enthusiast
Jacqui’s clarity and range of manipulative skills have significantly helped my specific complaint where not many others have and her work with me has felt truly holistic in the sense that I’ve felt seen and acknowledged as a whole person (not just the problem!)Jennifer-Lynn, a dancer and Rolfer Therapist
I am grateful for the patience Matthew has shown in creating a way forward for me. In addition to the physical work, his explanation of the thought process and methodology has been second to none. It is a truly engaging experience and one that will no doubt allow me to run the half marathon distance again fairly soon with relative success. At this time, I can’t thank him enough.Simon, 46-year-old, keen sportsman
I’m no elite athlete and I will never be. I’m just a 40-year-old mum who loves to run for fitness and mental wellbeing and to challenge myself. And this was so understood by Tom and this stood out so much. It really mattered to him that I could get back out running.Nicola, 40-year-old, mum and runner
I went along to my first class 3 weeks ago. I honestly didn’t really know what to expect…. but I love it! It is challenging but that’s the idea. It’s given me a boost to get back into a fitness regime, I’m walking more, I’m getting Yoga done in a morning and I’ve certainly felt a difference after only 2 sessions. Niall is awesome, very friendly and chatty and not too evil! I would highly recommend this class to someone who might have fallen a bit behind with their workouts, someone who’s not quite ready to join a gym or just wants to try something new!Kate, 36-year-old, mum
Run Simon, Run
Simon Frazer originally came to the Practice in 2014 with an injury that was impacting him training for his first marathon. Since then he has been an incredible inspiration with his proactive approach; instead of waiting for a running injury, he uses physio as a complement to his health and training.
