I went along to my first class 3 weeks ago. I honestly didn’t really know what to expect…. but I love it! It is challenging but that’s the idea. It’s given me a boost to get back into a fitness regime, I’m walking more, I’m getting Yoga done in a morning and I’ve certainly felt a difference after only 2 sessions. Niall is awesome, very friendly and chatty and not too evil! I would highly recommend this class to someone who might have fallen a bit behind with their workouts, someone who’s not quite ready to join a gym or just wants to try something new!
