The Lunge is another great fundamental exercise that people have heard of but don’t always do correctly. Especially at this time of year when many people are starting new year exercise programmes or going on ski trips over the winter months. Lunges can be particularly helpful in working on ski form as well as overall improvements in the bodies function during exercise. It replicates movements utilised in the majority of sports.
We have provided you with 3 variations of the lunge in varying difficulties. If you are new to this exercise, start of on the easy level and work your way up.

We have provided a guide on sets and reps. These can be adjusted slightly down if you are finding them hard or up if you are finding them slightly too easy.
